Paper Published on Development of NutVal 5

The development and maintenance of NutVal software has been a long term project, starting in the 1990s after UNHCR developed the first version (NutVal-H). The latest version is 5.2 and I am pleased to be finally publishing a paper describing its development. The paper also describes some of the challenges involved in using the currently available nutritional requirement and content data, and the various extrapolations and assumptions that had to be made during the design process. Hopefully it will be of some interest and useful for users.
